DRV8350F: Too important rise time

Part Number: DRV8350F

Hello,

In our design, we use the DRV8350FS to drive our actuator from a 28V power supply through a three-phase bridge inverter composed of SISS40DN MOS.

We have the following configuration:

  • Driver control register: 0x400h
  • Gate drive HS register: 0x600h
  • Gate drive LS register: 0x300h
  • OCP control register: 0x007h

Due to the rather low Qg value of the SISS40DN, we observe fast rise/fall time leading to perturbations on our board.

Is there anything we can do at configuration level of the DRV8350FS that we might have missed ?

Otherwise, what would you suggest to improve that ?

Thank you,

Best regards

Clément
