To clarify, are you saying that when PVDD is above 20V, the device works fine, but when PVDD is below 20V, you are only able to drive 2 phases at a time?

As a side note, are you evaluating the DRV8301 for a new project? If so I would recommend using a newer device, especially if you are using the DRV8301-Q1 automotive variant which is currently NRND (not recommended for new designs).

The issue right now we are facing is, in the DRV8301 the three phases are working fine below 20v and above 20v only 2 phase is working. When the third phase is ON gate driver is switching off all the mosfet.

In order to help figure out what could be causing this to happen, what is the status of the following registers on this device:

• Status Register 1 (Address: 0x00)
• Status Register 2 (Address: 0x01)

Register 2 0x01=0x0001 

in no Fault below 20v entire circuit are restart above 20v perfectly working what reason

What are the register values for when PVDD is above 20V, which is when you mentioned that only 2 out of the 3 phases are working?

To clarify, when you are seeing the device restart, is it just one time initially as PVDD increases to more than 20V? Or, is it that when PVDD is greater than 20V, the device is continuously restarting? 

Could you either describe the behavior in more detail or share the necessary waveforms of the device that showcases this restarting behavior (i.e., what is the behavior of the device that has led you to the conclusion that the device is restarting)?

        20v above pwm signal, the device is continuously restart.

        above 20v without pwm controller working fine.
