DRV8770EVM: Revision differences

Part Number: DRV8770EVM

We are trying to use the 8770 EVM with an external MCU to get a sine wave output. I removed the resistors 39-44 to isolate the MSP MCU. We recently bought a few different ones and it seems that one GD works perfectly it is the MD046A. However, on the MD046E1 version the sine wave appears to have a glitch where it essentially returns value to zero. This seems to happen for a few milliseconds every 60Hz cycle. The glitch isn't always in the same place so I was wondering if there was an extra protection for the MOD46E1 that the MOD46A didn't have? I tried 3 different MOD46E1's and they all behave the same way, but inputting PWMs from same source gives perfect Sine Wave for the MOD46A.

The Yellow is from the MOD46A while the blue is for the MOD46E1.

Mainly, I just want to know what is the difference between these two revisions for the 8770 EVM boards
