Hi team,
The device is severely hot in the circuit(designed by customer).
They use hardware to set driver chip parameters. The parameters are as follows:
Slew rate is 200V/us, lead angle increment of 0, PWM mode is digital hall input, asynchronous modulation and ASR AAR are disabled. The supply voltage is 13 V. When the motor is accelerated, the power supply output current is 4A, the temperature will rise very quickly to 140-150°C in a few seconds.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry
