Hello,

We are worried about the maximum PWM frequency of 100kHz indicated in the datasheet, could you please give me detail about this limit? Why is it limited? is it related to the INx input signals voltage or the chip voltage? Could we do something to increase it?
Is there a chip of this family (DRV8411A, 11, 10 or 33) that may be controlled with a higher PWM frequency? Ideally up to 1MHz? (our INx signals are on a 1.8V MCU so we have the constraint on the V_HI level that should be around 1.6V max).

    Hello Foucauld,

    We don't have anything that has a PWM frequency of 1 MHz . The fastest we have is the DRV8412, which can go up to 500 kHz. We might have some devices that better suit your needs in another product line, so I would like to know the application for this driver.
