I'm not sure how to interpret your capacitor values, I think you have them correct but want to make sure: Is your CP1-CP2 capacitor 0.01uF, and VCP is 0.1uF?
Those sense resistors are there if you want to monitor the current externally. The device does not have built in current control
See the block diagram below for how to wire it for low-side current sensing.
