DRV8872-Q1: Could DRV8872-Q1 endure 48V/5minutes?

Hi, 

The recommend voltage is 45V, the absolute voltage is 50V. Could it endure 48V/5minutes?

    Hi Andy,

    Yes the motor driver would be able to endure 48V for 5 minutes however the performance of the motor driver is not guaranteed outside of the recommended rating. Within the recommended ratings, you are guaranteed the performance of the motor driver aligns with the behaviors listed in the datasheet. Outside of the recommended ratings but still under the absolute maximum ratings the motor driver is still functional but there is no guarantee on performance.
