The customer has a BOOSTXL-DRV8305EVM development board, but the chip may be damaged and they are going to replace it.
According to the BOM for the development board, it is shown that the material number of the 8305 is DRV8305NPHPQ1 (NQ or NE is not specified). However, it seems that the material model is not included in the spec. The specification has two types of non-LDO products, DRV8305NQPHPQ1 and DRV8305NEPPHQ1, which are not exactly the same as the BOM.
If they would like to replace, which one is better? (NQ or NE)? What is the difference between the two?
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
