DRV8842-EP: Power dissipation for h-bridge structure

Hello, i need the parameters such as dead time, slew rate, rising and falling times for calculating power dissipation of h-bridge structure. I want to calculate switching loss and dead time loss but there are not any information in the datasheet. How can i find these parameters ?
