Is VREF a logic input?
I understand that the internal impedance is high, and it is not a port where current flows in, but there is no current information or resistance information, so please check it.

The VREF input sets the current regulation threshold. The current regulation threshold limits any inrush or stall current protecting the driver and system.
Setting the VREF = 0V would reduce the output current to zero, however it is usually advised to put the device into a low-power sleep mode. In sleep mode the output is put into Hi-Z and draws minimal current from the supply. In this mode the current regulation threshold can remain set to protect the device when current is drawn from the output.
