so far in my project I used TMS320, DRV8305 and discrete Si MOSFET transistors 3-phase H bridge.
But now for my client I need to go for 40kHz switching, hence I am considering GaN FETs.
But i want to configure my current project (based on Si MOSFET) in minimal possible way.
Does TI have replacement for DRV drivers that can be used with GaNs?
Also, do I need to add additional paralell diode to GaN transistor in motor control inverter application?
My application requires 60V, 100A. Does TI have suitable GaN transistors?
