Hi,

Please help for below queries.

We don't want to use shunt resistor for motor phase sensing.

Instead of shunt resistors we are using hall sensor for motor phase sensing. - See Below reference image

Can we connect the hall current sensor output directly to SPC, SPB and SPA below –
If yes, then provide the reference signal conditioning circuits if required

2. We are using Vishay MOSFET - SQJQ184E-T1_GE3 with the DRV8353RS.

Also confirm DRV8353RS is automotive device or not?

Hi Shambhu,

Give me a couples of days to review your questions and your MOSFET schematic.

DRV8353RS is not an automotive device, all of our automotive devices typically have -Q1 in the device name

Hi Shambhu,

Thank you for your patience. I was able to find a guide to using hall effect sensors. I'm not sure if there is a guide with using it how you described, I will have to further look into your block diagram to see if this is possible but I highly advise looking into this guide:
