DRV8706-Q1: OFF mode diagnostic

Hi dear MD team.

Could you pls share how to do OFF mode diagnostic? Currently, it is found that the pull-up and pull-down current sources are both 3mA. So, how can the OL diagnostic be done on OFF mode? (when a pull-up and a pull-down are on, the voltage is indeterminate high or low)
The OFF diagnostic strategy (initial version) is as follows. Could you pls help correct and also complete it? Thanks!

OFF diagnostic process:
1. En_DRV is configured to 0b to disable the output driver,
2. VDS_LVL (VDS_HS_LVL, VDS_LS_LVL) configured as 1111b (2V)
3. OLSC_EN is configured to 1b to enable the offline diagnostics

4. PU_SH1, PD_SH1, PU_SH2, and PD_SH2
The logic is 0101, 0110, 1010 periodic loops.
Read VDS_H1, VDS_L1, VDS_H2, and VDS_L2 for VGS_VDS_STAT, and follow the truth table below.
