They will only use two half bridge. Is it OK? Is there any other customer use like that?

There is something different with your example.
In your case, there is a 3-phase stepper. But customer only use 2-phase stepper in their system.
They want a stepper driver with FET and out 6A max.
So how to deal the third phase? Float or connect to a pull-down resistor? Or the DRV8320 not support this kind of use.
