Open the GUI and when USBANY is connected, the update USB firmware pops up at the beginning. The customer presses SI and then connects USBANY. He followed the instructions and it showed wrong password in the middle of updating the firmware. He tried again several times later, but the update still failed. Then now the USB device cannot be recognized. Unable to connect. The voltages of the EVM are all normal.
After the update fails, connect it to the computer and the green indicator light on the side of USB2ANY will always be on and will not flash.
(1) Unable to connect, showing unrecognized
(2) He tried opening USB2ANY Explorer and a firmware update popped up. He clicked on firmware update, not sure if there was an update error. Below is the updated log.
(3) After updating the firmware, the GUI can be connected, but a new error is reported. The error message box displays 10983. But the customer confirmed that the GUI connection is actually 10987. When the customer reconnects, this error is still displayed.
(4) Based on the above, the customer tried to use USB2ANY Explorer, opened the software, plugged in the USB, and the firmware update information was displayed. Click Firmware Update and try several times, but the following problem is displayed.
