That mean If we go decapsulation for the genuine DRV8302, the internal screen print will also be DRV8301?

what's the difference between DRV8301 and DRV8302 apart from SPI pins?

Is there a reason why you are concerned about the similarities and differences between those two devices?

The differences and similarities between two devices can often times be extensive. I recommend examining both datasheets and doing a side by side comparison.
