DRV8350H-EVM: DRV8350H fault indication

We made a customized design using DRV8350H. BLDC motor is rotating fine in unidirectional. When I change the BLDC motor direction at 2Hz and 5Hz rate fault indication raising when the direction of BLDC motor changes. After few cycles testing the fault indication continuously raising.

We noticed that VCP and VGLS voltages are 5.1V and 3.2Volts. Why these voltages falling down to VVCP_UV, VVGLS_UV threshold voltages?

What are the necessary actions to be taken in design level?

Can we use this DRV8350H for Bidirectional rotational application direction change at 20Hz? If yes please suggest us how to recover the fault indication? If No up to what rate(Hz) direction change can we go?

    Can you please help provide a schematic of this DRV8350H custom design?  

    Also, can you.provide what IDRIVE setting is being used in this application? Too quick switching with insufficient capacitance may be leading to this strain on the MOSFET gate current supplies.
