When I use DRV83053QPHPQ1 in my design, MCU control DRV8305 through 20KHz PWM，I found SO2 output didn't steady.
You can see my waveform, yellow wire is SO2 output, blue wire is MOS output. you can see SO2 follow MOS output frequency.
In my design, I need a steady feedback SO2 voltage, how to fix this?
I think your output may be impacting your SOx. If this board was your own design please review the following.
1. Ensure your component values match the values found in the external components table
2. Compare your design tothe EVM
3. Make sure your design complies with our best practices guidelines for layout:

Our recommendation is to implement something similar to our EVMS.
SO1, SO2, SO3 are passed through a low pass filter and then to the MCU's ADC.
