DRV8323R: No Voltage outputting from the onboard linear regulator

Thank you very much for your response. Please know that I am aware of the missing pull-up resistors on the nFault and SDO pins. I missed them through the design and review somehow . I am actively debugging the issue and will let you know if I succeed. The reason I am debugging this is to isolate the reason for lack of SPI response. I am checking to see if the chip is getting power.

SPI is also not working. I am attempting to read the 0x03 register and I am getting no response from the device. I will be able to send a screenshot of the probed signals within 3 days. Regarding the issue with the lack of DVDD output, I have made no progress in solving the situation.

Thank you for the update.  I will have to check further but I believe you might not be seeing SPI communication due to the same reasons DVDD is not receiving power, and let me follow-up soon this week a suggestion on the matter.

Hi Adam,

Can you measure how the output voltages (CPH/CPL, DVDD, nFAULT, SPI LINES) behave when ENABLE is toggled to a hard-reset? 

It is sounding like the device is in a low-power sleep mode and not receiving SPI commands.

Can you also measure the gate outputs when the INHX/INLX inputs are activated? If you can't toggle the outputs although VM is powered then that might point similarly.
