3. DRV8412 single output 3A, can short circuit connection output 6A? Is there any recommended circuit?

Each FET has overcurrent protection (OCP) individually - High-side and Low-Side FETs. Typically OCP here will occur if the current rises too quickly for the current regulation to control it, such as start-up inrush current. Apologies if that doesn't answer your question, can you rephrase?

Recommend setting the OC-ADJUST resistor for the 7A OCP level.
Please use only the first 5 rows of the table below - I am actively working on updating the datasheet to only show the other rows. We have discovered the device behaving abnormally at lower OC Thresholds, sometimes falsely tripping OCP.
