Could you tell me the maximum and minimum values of the nSLEEP internal pull-down resistance and the nOL internal pull-up resistance? The red circle in the figure below is the relevant part.

Hi Nishie,

The internal pull-down resistance on the nSLEEP pin is 100kΩ. The nOL internal pull-up resistance is 450kΩ.

What percentage error does each resistance have?

By taking the error into account, I think that I can determine the maximum and minimum values.

Hi Nishie,

The expected minimum value of pull-down resistor on nSLEEP is 80k and maximum is about 120k.

The expected minimum value of nOL is 350k and maximum is about 560k.

What is the application or need for these parameters?
