Hey Peiru,

You can download it from DRV8243HQDGQRQ1 or any other on the below page, these devices are the same package (TI package name DGQ, 28 pin) you'll just have to manually rename the pins.

Alternately, you can request the information for the EVM and you should receive the EVM hardware files which includes the Altium source files, maybe you can extract it from there.
