DRV8311: DRV with integrated CSA and safe 24V operation

Is there a part similar to DRV8311 feature-wise, but that can run safely on 24V?

most parts in that power category has a 20V limit (abs max 24V..), problem with 20V is that most industrial systems have 24V rails, and adding a buck to shave 4V will just add losses.

    Hey David,

    Have you taken a look at our DRV8316C? It has:

    • 4.5-V to 35-V operating voltage (40-V abs max)

    • High output current capability: 8-A Peak

    • Low MOSFET on-state resistance – 95-mΩ RDS(ON) (HS + LS) at TA = 25°C

    • Low power sleep mode – 1.5-µA at VVM = 24-V, TA = 25°C

    DRV8316C also provides integrated current sensing.
