Could you please tell me maximum sink current at Fault pin for confirming minimum pull-up resistor?

As far as I confirmed, I cannot found this rating on datasheet.

    Hey Kuramochi-san,

    Typically 20mA is a safe level for our devices, and 5mA at max temperature.  Given 5mA, that is 660Ω.  Most customers don't use a resistor smaller than 1kΩ, and 10kΩ is the most common.  Some of our datasheets spec a maximum resistance of around 50kΩ.
