we tried to spin to different motors, to no avail

the motor used is Boreasa C60S1-01-L3 and Micronel U65ML-024KT the datasheets are attached

Radial Blower – U65ML-024KT-5 | micronel

https://www.boreasa.com/C60S1.html

It's worth noting that the driver reports no faults even when removed the motor connection, it failed to report the NO MTR fault

  • Hi Mohab,

    1. When trying to spin the motors does the motor move at all, is there any noise, or is there a fault reported?
      1. if the motor is not moving at all, can you check that DRVOFF and the Brake pin are both LOW?
    2. What is the Algorithm State when the motor is given a speed command? The Algorithm State is located in register 0x190.
    3. Are you using the Motor Studio GUI and a MCF8315EVM or are you using a custom board?

    Regards,

    Joshua
