In addition, to my question yesterday, can the DRV7308EVM be programmed to operate in "Torque Control Mode", as opposed to speed control mode ? Thanks.

    Hi Soroush, 

    The DRV7308EVM comes equipped with optional three-shunt and phase current and voltage sensing for such feedback control.  The software in base-form does currently not support torque control, but the capability for such programming is there.

    Hi Soroush, 

    Currently the torque control will need to be user implemented,  but I believe the framework exist in the c2000ware coding. 

    I would recommend asking this question to our c2000 forum group for examples and guidance on implementing torque control in MotorWare SDK.
