    Thank you for your question. 

    No, DRV8801-Q1 cannot provide 28Vpp. "OUT+ = 14V and OUT-=0V" or "OUT+=0V and OUT-=14V".

    By the way, DRV8801-Q1 is old gen device. DRV8242-Q1 could be your choice from the latest automotive(Q1) device family.
