For the unused pins of DRV8906-Q1, do you suggest to connect to the GND or keep floating? Such as the nFault pin.

Hi Ivy,

The nFAULT pin is an open drain output. This means that it requires a pull-up resistor to function properly. The pin can be left floating if fault detection is not required.

What other pins are you wanting to connect to ground?
