MCT8315A: Pin 22, 23, 24 and 25 must floating or connected to GND

Hi,

I use the MCT8315A chip and I'm confused because I have 2 conflicting data:

The pin 22, 23, 24 and 25 must be leave floating (sllsfp7a document).

but the MCT8315EVM Evaluation Module (SLLU361 document) connect this pin to GND.

What is the right connection ? Please, can you give me your feedback ?

HI Eric,

We can either leave it NC or ground it.

Grounding will be useful for better thermal dissipation , other wise no effect on the performance if we leave it floating.
