Dear Team,

My customer is evaluating the MCT8315EVM with their motor. Since they would like to refer the PCB layout of it, they want to know the PCB information of the MCT8315EVM.

Can you please let me know the followings of the MCT8315EVM?

 - Number of layers
 - Layer configuration (copper thickness)
 - Plating thickness (surface treatment)
