Hi All,
How do I reset assert of nFAULT on the DRV8353?
The datasheet states how to reset it in 8.4.1.3 Fault Reset (CLR_FLT or ENABLE Reset Pulse).
Are there any other reset methods?
Best Regards,
Ishiwata

Hi Ishiwata,
The only two ways to reset the fault status is in the section you referenced: 8.4.1.3 Fault Reset (CLR_FLT or ENABLE Reset Pulse)
Is there a reason you were looking for a different way to reset fault?

Yara
Hi Yara,
The reason I asked the question is because there is a timing when the fault is cleared when a PWM signal is input.
Will the fault be cleared by the PWM input?

Ishiwata
Hi Ishiwata,
I believe the two methods listed in the datasheet are the only way to clear faults, a PWM signal on the input pins will not clear the fault.

Yara
