started a motor at 300 speed and closed loop enabled at 00.30 seconds.

for other settings refer to attached images.

Motor specs.

Operating voltage : 22v - 24v

4 pairs (8 poles)

370 RPM

0.9 ohms Phase-CT

989 mv/Hz

Inertia :690 ms

Hi Dinesh,

Open loop to closed loop hand off threshold is low I feel.

Can you increase to higher value close to 10Hz?

Before you try to test for closed loop, test by disabling the closed loop and verify if your applied open loop current and acceleration are working and able to spin motor in open loop.

When you disable closed loop, motor accelerated to hand of threshold speed and remains in that speed.

We can enable closed loop on the fly at steady state.

Hi,

The maximum "open to close loop threshold" i can go upto 5.6 Hz and on which I'm able to run the motor in both close loop enable and close loop disable without any "lock code"

above 5.6 Hz motor spins for a while and stops and repeats.

Before I selected 2.4 Hz based on following calc.

370 RPM = 6.16 Hz

6.16 Hz / 3 = 2.05 Hz.

Let me check by generating .csv file and flashing program into micro-controller hope it will work now.

Hi Dinesh,

The max speed in Hz for 370 rpm is 24.6Hz for 4 pole pair. As per this 1/3 is close 8Hz .
