May I ask why the voltage of Ccp2 is 2*PVDD? Thanks!

    Happy New Year to you too! 

    The voltage rating of the CCP2 capacitor is 2*PVDD due to the cascading/increasing nature of the triple charge pump doubler architecture,  where the second stage voltage (CP2H/CP2L) is typically doubled/higher than the first stage to allow for operation in all supply voltage conditions.
