DRV110:The enabling input doesn't seem to be working properly

Part Number: DRV110

Tool/software:

Hello support team,

I have a problem with the DRV110 in a system we are currently developing.

When Vin is applied and EN pin is open. The DRV110 works as expected. It clocks as desired and the tkeep expires. A voltage is measured at the keep pin (ramp up to 100mV). After that the holding current is reduced. Keep Pin is zero.

After deactivating (EN Pin = Low) and then activating (EN Pin = open), tkeep does not expire again. VIn is permanently on. Nothing is measured at the keep pin.

Enabling doesn't seem to work.

A few notes:
VIn: 15V
Rs: 3,9k Ohm
Rsense: 1 Ohm
RPeak: 68k Ohm
RHold: 0 Ohm
CKeep: 470nF
ROSC: 100k Ohm

The parts were ordered from Mouser.
We have already tested several ICs from the same sample and the behavior was the same for all of them

Do you have any idea what's going wrong?

Best regards,
