I am in the process of designing a gate controller product that will control dual bidirectional BDC motors operating at 24V with a power rating of 250W. As part of this design, I am evaluating suitable integrated gate drivers to meet the performance and reliability requirements of the application.
After conducting an initial analysis, I found that the DRV8262 seems to align well with my requirements in terms of functionality and specifications. However, I would like to ensure that I am considering all viable options. Are there any alternative gate drivers that you would recommend, which are similar to or better than the DRV8262 for this type of application?
