DRV8353RS-EVM: Motor is working fine when start command is given but fault led remains on.

Part Number: DRV8353RS-EVM

Tool/software:

i am running my BLDC motor with DRV8353RS EVM kit with ISO-F28027f MCU board and i am controlling the motor with DRV8353Rx GUI. But when i start my motor then motor starts rotating but the fault led remains on and when i check the fault register at register menu all bits remain at 0 and i am not able to find solution to this problem in any of the user manuals.
And also i want to know that if i am using my motor with hall sensor so where will i get my hall sensor output.

For your reference i am also attaching an image showing all the parameters that i am using to control the motor.

    Hi Akshay,

    I am glad you got your motor spinning. Are you getting proper performance out of your motor?

    From the image you posted of your register map, it does not look like you are getting any faults.

    I think if you get faults, the register map would look something like this. The LED goes RED and Fault Status register is populated with 1 in respective fault bit.

    Also, please refer to this image. I believe, you can probe at the highlighted HALL A, HALL B, and HALL C pins to observe the hall signal outputs.
