Can we operate each Full bridge individually and simultaneously? because I need to control four DC motors simultaneously with different PWM duty ratios

Yes each H-Bridge can be wired to control a BDC motor so four of them can be controlled individually. Please see below from the datasheet. Regarding your question about simultaneous operation, I assume you wanted to drive all four BDC motors at the same time but with different PWM duty ratios of the same PWM frequency correct? Each H-Bridge can be controlled with PHASE and ENABLE type bridge control as described in the datasheet. Keep in mind the motor startup in-rush current and stall current of each motor as well as the power dissipation capability of the IC with the PCB ambient conditions. If the dissipation is within the limits of the operational die temperature all four motors can be driven simultaneously without incurring a TSD (thermal shutdown) of the driver.
