Hi Anjana,
The below calculation can be used to calculate an appropriate value for R(IPROPI):
ITRIP is the current regulation point, V(ITRIP) is a user selected setting in the CONFIG2 register (0xB) bits 0-2, and A(IPROPI) is ~212 uA/A.
Let me know if any more assistance is needed.

Joshua
For our application load current is only of 0.3A (ITRIP), taking VITRIP as 1.65 and A(IPROPI) as 202uA/A, the R(IPROPI) is about 27kohm. Is this resistor value feasible for the proper working of the half bridge?
Hi Anjana,
There should be no issues with using a 27kOhm resistor on IPROPI, the only issue maybe a decrease in IPROPI accuracy. I would recommend testing this on our DVR8163S-Q1EVM to make sure that the performance of the DRV8163-Q1 with this large of a resistor will meet your requirements https://www.ti.com/tool/DRV8163S-Q1EVM.
