I'm working on the controlling of MFA0500 Airfan Turbine using DRV8308 BLDC motor Driver, my turbine motor is a one pole pair and Max. rpm is 73000 and Peak current 10A. In my setup i have integrated a CSD88537ND MOSFET for switching. This MOSFET is having Qg as 14 nC. I have performed the motor control in Clock PWM mode and Internal PWM Register mode. In both modes when trying to increase the duty cycle, i've been experiencing motor suddenly stops and completely shutting down when current drawn exceeds 3.2A. Thsi issue is seen when applying switching frequency (PWMF) as 25KHz, 50 KHz or 100 KHz. But when i set the PWMF to 200KHz it is going beyond 3.3A and working for upto maximum dutycycle. Also I couldn't able to directly set the duty cycle from 0% to 50%. I have also attached my register configuration below. Also the fault pin is changing to Low but the fault registers show 0 values in all bits.
