DRV8323: DRV8323 BLDC phase short protection and disable to GH and GL output delay time

I'm not sure I understand entirely what the issue is. It sounds like MOSFETs are being damaged?

The idrive setting being used is the one highlight in red? 60mA/120mA?

Do you have waveforms of GHx to SHx, SHx to GND, GLx to GND?

The MOSFET being used has a very low Qgd, 2.5nC.

This could easily cause ringing on the output and shoot through, this potentially could be what's causing the MOSFETs to burn.

Yes,our MOSFETs damaged when SHA short to GND.

This could easily cause ringing on the output and shoot through, this potentially could be what's causing the MOSFETs to burn.

Can you explain what cause ringing on the output.

And I want to know how to protect my mosfet below these situation:

1 - When my motor is running,SHA short to GND

2 - When my motor is running,SHA short to SHB.

I tested these two situation,my mosfet burned.
