MCF8316A: precise angle control?

MCF is not having Position control, these are sensorless FOC.

You need sensor based approach.

Can you provide more details about Robotic section?

Hi team,

As you know many company wants to design robotic related. So my customer wants to design a robotic hand.

customer requirement . So do you have any suggestion?

I think need  DSP+motor driver + encoder. and other analog device.

1. BLDC FOC SMO solution, angle positioning function is required
2. Our current motor has 1 pole pair
3. The operating voltage is 12V↓, 0.5A↓
4. The speed may be increased to 10,000 rpm (not normal)  because fast positioning and movement are required
5. SDK includes FOC SMO method and positioning control
