Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with DRV8329AQRGFRQ1 related to Hardware fault.

We have checked and found out that the fault is related to GVDD/BST undervoltage.

We observed GVDD voltage dips to 7.72 voltage whereas PVDD is 13.83V and AVDD is 3.3V both are constant as shown in waveform below (Red is GVDD, Purple is PVDD).

Current combination of capacitors on BST = 1uF and GVDD = 10uF.

CPH and CPL is having 470nF capacitor.

Dear Kiran,

Thank you for your patience. I have some questions that would help us narrow down possible reasons for this situation:

- Could you kindly share the specific capacitor part number for all three capacitors (BST, GVDD, and your charge pump)?

- What is the size of your FET, PWM frequency, and commutation method?

PWM Frequency - 8 KHz

Commutation method - space vector modulation
