DRV3255-Q1: Why is the data sheet and eval board information behind a secure firewall?!

This is the first time I've ever encountered the requirement for clearance to be granted just to access a data sheet or any technical info on a chip. It's an automotive BLDC driver chip, not a nuclear bomb trigger!

Unfortunately our Automotive functional safety parts require NDA for the datasheet and discussion. Do you have a TI representative at the moment?

I checked for an NDA with Antunes but I did not see one.
