No these do not work. I am looking for a dimensional drawing for the part and foot print. Our central library REQUIRES a person the validate the foot print dimensions. Please look at the package drawing that you have listed, that document only shows a picture of the part that is pretty useless.

For example I am looking for documentation like the following that includes package details, land pattern example, solder mask details, and solder past example:
