Tool/software:

I have accidentally provided 12V to DRV2700EVM-HV500. There is no output from the board. I have seen that there is a Zener diode D2 SOD-123 MMSZ5232B-7-F placed on the schematic. My question is that by replacing the diode will fix my board.

Where did you apply this voltage? Was it the supply voltage or analog input voltage?

How did you have JP2 and JP4 configured?

Both of them were set on VEXT.

Hello,

I see. Unfortunately this routes the voltage directly to the DRV2700 device and 12 V is quite out of spec. I believe the DRV2700 device is damaged at least. I recommend trying to swap the DRV2700 device to see if that solves the issue or getting another EVM.
