DRV3946-Q1 can be used for 24V application also. Can you also confirm the range of 24V?

I plan to use it to drive a solenoid valve in a HMU(hydrogen storage management unit).

The input voltage range is max 36V.

I'm wondering if the current measurement using the IPROP pin is reliable.

In the existing circuit, a shunt resistor and opamp were used to measure the current.

If I want to use the existing circuit, just connect a shunt resistor to the output pin?

Thanks Donghan for confirming the voltage range.

The recommended operating voltage range is till 35V

However note that above 28V over current protection does not support short inductance  <1uH.

PVDD over voltage specs are also given below for reference.
