Hi,

To use LEVELx-1 limits for Over current protection, it is suggested to give single pulse with duration greater than tVDLLVLFIL

Question1:

What is this duration exactly? if system permits to use minimum 100uS, can i use 100us pulse?

Question 2:

What is the pulse magnitude? Can i use 5V pulse magnitude?

Question3:

Is it single time pulse after Gate driver is powered up? After one pulse, can i make this VDSLVL pin 0V?

Q2) Yes, VDSLVL abs max is 20V

Hey Sandeep,

For VDS pulsing we recommend a 10us pulse.

In this configuration you can make the MCU output 0V after the pulse.
