Hi support team all.
I'm reposting this because I need to resolve this urgently, but haven't received a response to my previous post.
Overshoot is occurring at the VCC3 terminal, consistently exceeding the maximum rating. I've checked at least several different lots, and it's the same with every one. Has this issue already been confirmed by you?
Is exceeding the maximum rating a problem?
I cannot post waveform data or layout information here, so I would prefer to communicate via direct email if necessary.
(I tried to send a private message in my previous post, but an error occurred and I'm currently unable to post.)
Since some time has passed and there is a high possibility that this will escalate into a complaint, I would appreciate a prompt response.
