Hi team,

In DRV8316C-Q1 hardware variant, are ASR and AAR mode only enabled or disabled at the same time?

Our motor is running abnormally when ASR and AAR enabled.

Hi Peter,

Are you using the hardware or SPI variant? Are you using a low inductance motor?

I believe for hardware variants either both are enabled or both are disabled but for SPI variants you should be able to disable one and enable the other.

Yes, it is hardware variant.

I don't see any problem when AAR and ASR mode were disabled.

Are you using a low inductance motor? Do you need the AAR and ASR function?
