The DRV120 integrates an internal MOSFET, whereas the DRV110 does not.
Could you please provide the specifications of the internal MOSFET in the DRV120, including its voltage rating, current rating, and Rds(on)? The customer would like to perform a total BOM cost comparison in order to select the most suitable relay driver.
